KickOff FireArc Events
Leading the creation of the motion designs for FireArc’s Kickoff 2024 and 2025 events - two yearly projects celebrating our team, culture, and creativity. Each video was themed, fully animated, and tailored to deliver emotional and energetic resonance using dynamic visuals, music, and storytelling.
For the 2024 event, the goal was to capture FireArc’s collaborative spirit through a playful and instantly recognizable concept. We chose Tetris as a metaphor for teamwork—each block representing a team member contributing to the larger picture. The challenge was to bring this idea to life in a bold, energetic way that worked seamlessly across three screens in a looping format, while still feeling unified with FireArc’s brand identity.
Full company engagement: projected across departments and shared on internal platforms
Boosted team sentiment and identity expression
Highlighted individual contributions using visual metaphors and lyrical motion
Described as one of the “most creative and heartfelt kickoff event we’ve had”
By shining a light on the personal “spark” each employee brings to FireArc, the video reframes daily work as the fuel that turns individual dreams into shared achievements. It reminded us that seeing the good in our colleagues, and in ourselves ignites motivation, optimism, and a drive to succeed. When those sparks converge, they power the bold vision we’re all working toward.
The Tetris concept delivered a kinetic visual shorthand for teamwork, rallying the crowd around a shared, playful metaphor. It set a high-energy tone for future events and demonstrated how smart motion systems can scale across any screen configuration.
The challenge for 2025 was to translate an abstract, emotional concept into a clear visual narrative: how do you represent the unique “spark” within each employee? Unlike the previous year’s structured and energetic tone, this project required a softer, more personal approach, using motion, light, and familiar songs to express individuality while still uniting the team under a shared message.
